As our receptionist you are the first point of contact within our Head Office. You will be responsible for covering the main Reception where you will be required to supply information regarding the organisation to the general public, clients and employees. You will also be required to attend to visitors and deal with enquiries on the phone and face to face. Full training on all company systems will be provided.
Working within the HR Team and reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for the preparation of all company weekly payrolls for hourly paid staff, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time and that payroll deductions are properly accounted for and paid to the relevant statutory body. In addition you will support the processing of the monthly expenses. All of these duties will be under the direction and guidance of the Payroll Supervisor and full training will be provided. There will also be the opportunity to gain professional qualifications.
Reporting to the Sub-Agent or Site-Agent as required, as a Site Engineer you be responsible for technical compliance of the works and undertaking engineering functions. As a key part of the management team, you would ensure the works are undertaken in line with the project and Contract requirements for all aspects of the works, as required by the PM.

As a key part of the management team, you will coordinate the labour, plant and materials to ensure efficiency of the works to meet the delivery programme. The site-based role will involve attending site meetings, reporting on actual progress and the site point of contact for operatives and sub-contractors engaged on the project.

As a Principal Designer (CDM) you will be responsible for undertaking the duties on a variety of projects from tender stage through to client handover. You will support the design and project delivery teams in delivering high-quality work, ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards safely and to budget.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for all aspects of commercial management of a project. Working closely with the project manager, you will ensure the commercial systems and processes are implemented to provide robust change and cost control on your project, thereby protecting the project margin.
As a Project Manager you be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, control and completion of specific projects ensuring compliance with company strategy, commitments and goals.
