Site Administrator
Type: Full Time
Salary: Dependant on experience
Location: Various sites across the UK
As a Site Administrator you will be expected to work as part of an administrative team to provide support to your site colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Completing site deliverables and upload to bespoke company system
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Word processing documents, such as presentations and reports
- Processing and checking invoices
- Staff & Labour Only timesheets
- Create and maintain filing systems and databases
- Upload all site documentation to an online system
- Liaise with the site team and assist colleagues in all aspects of administration.
- Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements and Qualifications
Person Specification
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to be courteous but firm when dealing with difficult customers
- Ability to prioritise your work load
- Strong numeracy and IT Skills
- You must be a team player and have a flexible attitude
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative
- Confident when using a computer and office equipment
- Flexible approach
- Willingness to travel as required throughout UK
- Full UK driving licence
Qualifications & Experience
- The candidate must have 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) grades A-C, including English and Maths
- Previous experience of working on site is desirable
