As a Graphic Designer at Spencer Group, you will be responsible for delivering highly creative design solutions that not only support the company and our brand but also be attributed to the success of the business through contributions towards bid submissions for high value contracts.

You will have a creative flair, up to date knowledge of industry software and standards, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, co-ordinate and deliver high quality, on-brand creative design output for both digital and print
• Play an intrinsic part in the creative process, from concept stage right through to implementation
• Support the bid submission process by providing high quality graphic design for tender submissions
• Provide graphic design and related services to various departments in the business which include: Creation of material to aid conformance with all site requirements, creating powerful presentations for delivery to key clients, supporting the production and distribution of appropriate safety policy, procedure and information documentation and providing design support for internal communication initiatives
• Photography including portraits of employees, project progress updates on sites across the UK and capturing events across the business
• Filming of project progress updates, employee interviews and events across the business including post editing/production
