Training Co-ordinator

Working within the HR and training team, as a Training Co-ordinator you will be expected to provide administrative support to the Training function of the Group business.
Your duties will include the maintenance of systems such as the Training Management System and Sentinel Management System.
You will be required to manage the compilation of reports to identify training outcomes such as attendance, course feedback and funding streams Full training will be given and opportunities for further development and qualification will be supported.
Responsibilities
- Organise initial and recertification training as required
- Maintain systems such the Training Management System and the Sentinel Management System
- Liaise with supply chain partners to source value training solutions
- Reporting of statistical information to the Training Manager
- Monitor primary and sub-sponsor requests via the Training Management System
- Process quality documents upon receipt within the Training Department. For example, Record of Training / TBT (CS033)
- Order and process Sentinel smart cards as required
- Process outstanding training agreements for people who leave the business
- Produce 60 day training expiry reports and liaise with the
- Training Manager regarding recertification
- Update CITB grant claim form
- Monitor ‘completion of learning support’ system
- Any other administrative duties as directed by the Training Manager

Person Specification
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt quickly
- Awareness of the Construction Industry and the Construction
- Industry Training Board (Desirable but not essential)
Qualifications & Experience
- The candidate must have a minimum of 3 GCSE grades (or equivalent) at A-C level, including Maths and English
- Previous experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential
