Spencer Rail has completed a £850,000 redevelopment project at Neville Hill.
The works were completed at the site on time on February 28.
The works comprised enhancements within the existing depot to increase the throughput of trains for the train operating companies which use the depot.
These enhancements included improvement works to the reception sidings, including increased fuelling and water tanking facilities in addition to depot protection improvements.
Booster pipework and pumping equipment was also added to the existing fuel pipework to increase the supply to the sidings.
