Lighthouse Charity visit Clacton Depot

The Lighthouse Charity’s #MakeitVisible team visited our Clacton Depot Wheel Lathe project on Monday as part of their 2025 tour.

Their visit was packed with powerful conversations, engaging talks and real moments of connection.

All focused on supporting emotional, physical and financial wellbeing in our industry.

We’re proud to collaborate with The Lighthouse Charity as our 2025 Charity of the Year and this visit was another step in building a culture that puts construction workers mental health wellbeing first.

Thank you to everyone who got involved – let’s keep looking out for each other!

Project Manager, Tony Whyte, said: “The wellbeing of our staff is always at the forefront of what we do and initiatives like #MakeItVisible play a vital role in creating a culture where people feel supported, heard, and valued.”

“Partnering with The Lighthouse Charity has been a brilliant opportunity to strengthen our commitment to mental health and wellbeing across the business. Collaboration like this makes a real difference on site.”

“It was fantastic to welcome the team to our Clacton Depot project. The conversations that took place were open, honest and incredibly important for the long-term wellbeing of our people.”
