We are looking to strengthen the Quality Management team by recruiting an individual to support in the inspection and auditing of our multidisciplinary schemes.


Experience of quality planning, construction management, subcontractor/supplier assurance, client satisfaction, and associated quality management tools and techniques are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical, Electrical and Control and Instrumentation projects.

As a Project Quality Manager, you will help by delivering our quality management system across multidisciplinary schemes within our portfolio. This will include assisting in the production of project quality plans and inspection and test plans in conjunction with our in-house design department as well as external partners.

You will be working with both in house and external teams, ensuing projects are delivered to, time, cost, and Quality standards. You will be involved in the testing and commissioning process as well as driving the delivery of the Health & Safety file documentation including the O&M, Asset manuals.

You will be responsible for implementation of quality plans, overseeing subcontractor/supplier quality forums, and actively investigate any quality failures and non-conformities.

You will be the quality interface for clients, subcontractors and suppliers, responsible for in-depth and complete investigations into quality issues, and ensuring that quality standards are in line with company objectives.

You will be involved in project surveillances and audits, responsible for identifying quality issues that could affect customer satisfaction with the view of maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience of Quality Management Systems in Construction
  • Minimum HND or equivalent level relevant qualification
  • Background in Mechanical, Electrical and Control and Instrumentation projects
  • A good knowledge of CDM & ISO9001
  • Well-developed audit skills
  • Ability to adapt ideas and approaches to suit situations and circumstances
