Spencer Group is a growing and dynamic company that specialises in providing self-delivery Mechanical & Electrical installation services for building services, major rail maintenance projects to state-of-the-art refurbishments and extensions.

Responsibilities

• To install mechanical equipment/plant and pipework in compliance with company / client standards and specifications from approved designs
• Maintain a high standard of discipline, i.e., time‑keeping, attitude and mannerism to others
• In conjunction with the Site Manager / Foreman adhere and follow works programmes – should delays be anticipated to communicate with management
• Maintaining in good condition and ensuring the safety of company assets i.e. welfare facilities, company vehicles, plant
• Ensuring that the Company Health & Safety Rules are obeyed
• Ensuring that the quality of all installation activities comply with relevant quality assurance procedures and contract specifications
• Ensuring that all technical problems which are detrimental to the installations are brought to the attention of the site manager / supervisor, or design department immediately
• Attend training courses provided by the company where required
• Installation of plant & pipework for the following services; fuel, adBlue, coolant, mains cold water, dry risers, controlled emission toilet (CET), compressed air et al
