We are looking for a driven and analytically minded individual, with a keen attention to detail, to carry out core, business-critical tasks covering a variety of different areas.
You will have a questioning mind, not accepting of answers at face value, you will seek to obtain corroborating evidence for information received.
The role will allow you an insight into the Company systems where you will play a critical part in ensuring that all areas of the business are delivering to the same high quality standards.
You will be provided with full training and guidance in all aspects of your role.

Responsibilities
- Collecting and interpreting data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and reliability
- Organising data for analysis
- Carry out basic data analysis tasks under the guidance of senior team members, such as data exploration, statistics, and performance review
- Using tool and techniques to visualise data in easy-to-understand formats for the team and wider business
- Generating reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborating with senior staff to support their data analysis projects and initiatives
- Documenting data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency
- Actively seeking opportunities to learn and develop new skills in data analysis tools, techniques and methodologies
Requirements and Qualifications
Person Specification
- Ability to understand, manipulate and analyse large volumes of data
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong team working ethic
Qualification
- Qualified to Degree level (minimum 2:1) preferred however consideration would be given to outstanding candidates with a minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 9-4 or A_C) including Maths and English
